I am a creative Director with 10+ years experience in the media industry, mainly nurtured in the Viacom folds and recently bloomed as an independent professional. During my careerI’ve overlooked the entire creative process for marketing, communications and identity campaigns, from brand strategy definition to hands on tactical solutions, on all media.
Comfortable in managing complex international matrix organizations, I have over 5 years experience in leading International creative teams.
I have an innate penchant for finding innovative, multimedia solutions to engage the target audience consistently with a given company Brand Values. I possess a wide range of production and direction skills, encompassing On-air ( On-air Branding and Promotions),print, online (site design, 360 campaign, social media activities).
An entrepreneurial spirit, I currently make the most of what I’ve learned during my corporate years as an independent creative director collaborating with several Design Studios and professionals.
I always had a passion for graphic design as a form of creativity closely related to communication for business .
For Print , Interactive and Motion Design , I had the opportunity to develop projects of various scales and for different clients , always aiming to maintain the quality of communication and attention to detail .
Each project has always been for me an opportunity to look for creative solutions that support in a coherent and innovative way customer requirements .
I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects based on different techniques and styles , from classic animation to advanced 3D , through live-action and pure video editing.
From a creative point of view I have always given great importance to the phase of Briefing and Concepting as tools to get the best results from the creative side and from the final production , while maintaining control of the project in all its phases .
At ease in highly dynamic and articulated contexts, I’ve developed projects with internal Creative Teams and external Creative Agencies/Design Studios around the world.
Management of the OnAir team, definition of workflows and control of all stages of the Creative assets production , were a key ingredient to address the complexity of this role , maintaining quality, controlling costs and cover a given scale of needs.
